Corner of Stone Ceremony – Haierweg Freiburg

With the laying of the foundation stone for the “Haierweg” development in Freiburg-Haid, the UNMÜSSIG Group is launching its large-scale initiative for subsidised rental housing. More than 1,200 subsidised apartments are currently being planned and developed across Baden-Württemberg, including over 800 units in Freiburg alone.

UNMÜSSIG plans 12,000 m² commercial complex in Ludwigshafen

Real estate developer and investor UNMÜSSIG intends to invest €70 million in a commercial and office complex on Berliner Platz in Ludwigshafen, according to a media report. The site of the Metropol high-rise project, which failed years ago, is earmarked for the venture.

UNMÜSSIG leases the Ludwigstürme to the City of Ludwigshafen

Project developer and real estate investor UNMÜSSIG is leasing all 16,000 m² of office space in the Ludwigstürme building to the Ludwigshafen city administration for use as a back office. The former Postbank building will undergo extensive renovation, while the office space is being converted according to the city’s specifications.
