UNMÜSSIG – 80 Years of Family Business

80 years of UNMÜSSIG – a remarkable anniversary and a milestone in our company’s history. Since 1946, UNMÜSSIG has stood for entrepreneurial responsibility, long-term thinking and the development of sustainable real estate solutions. Together with partners and guests from politics, business and society, we celebrated this special occasion and reflected on eight decades as a family-owned business.

New Police Headquarters for Rhineland-Palatinate: UNMÜSSIG to Revitalise Listed Building at Münsterplatz in Mainz

A future-ready police headquarters for the State of Rhineland-Palatinate is being created at Münsterplatz in Mainz. UNMÜSSIG is comprehensively refurbishing the listed building dating from 1930 and complementing the historic ensemble with a modern new-build structure. The project combines the sensitive treatment of historic architecture with contemporary design, sustainability and the requirements of a high-performance security facility.

Cornerstone Ceremony – Haierweg Freiburg

With the laying of the foundation stone for the “Haierweg” development in Freiburg-Haid, the UNMÜSSIG Group is launching its large-scale initiative for subsidised rental housing. More than 1,200 subsidised apartments are currently being planned and developed across Baden-Württemberg, including over 800 units in Freiburg alone.
