Our expertise
Photovoltaic systems
Our photovoltaic solutions make efficient use of roofs and open spaces to generate electricity. The energy yield can be deployed flexibly – to power the building with general electricity or by direct delivery to on-site consumers as part of a tenant electricity model (PV only). Alternatively, the electricity can be fed completely into the public grid. We undertake planning, installation, operation and monitoring to deliver a stable, environmentally sound supply concept for the long term.
Heat pumps
We use heat pump systems to deliver a green alternative to conventional heating technology. These systems extract energy from the environment – the air or ground, for example – and convert it efficiently into heat or cooling. This form of energy supply is particularly efficient when combined with other producers such as PV systems. Owners benefit from consistent running costs, high supply security and a significant reduction in their carbon footprint.
Geothermal energy
Geothermal energy supply uses geothermal probes or deep boreholes to draw on the heat stored in the ground and make it available for use in buildings. With the energy source virtually constant throughout the year, the technology offers excellent operational reliability. Prior to installation, we conduct feasibility studies to ascertain the suitability of the site from geological, technical and economic perspectives. The result is viable, long-term solutions for larger building and urban quarter developments.
