UNMÜSSIG plans 12,000 m² commercial complex in Ludwigshafen

Real estate developer and investor UNMÜSSIG intends to invest €70 million in a commercial and office complex on Berliner Platz in Ludwigshafen, according to a media report. The site of the Metropol high-rise project, which failed years ago, is earmarked for the venture.

UNMÜSSIG leases the Ludwigstürme to the City of Ludwigshafen

Project developer and real estate investor UNMÜSSIG is leasing all 16,000 m² of office space in the Ludwigstürme building to the Ludwigshafen city administration for use as a back office. The former Postbank building will undergo extensive renovation, while the office space is being converted according to the city’s specifications.

Lenovo leases space in the Degerloch Office Center in Stuttgart

Lenovo will move its German headquarters to the Degerloch Office Center (DOC) in the second quarter of 2025. The computer manufacturer has signed a lease with UNMÜSSIG for 2,500 m² of office space at the complex. Besides office space, Lenovo will also have access to terraces in the green inner courtyard. JLL was brought in to advise the tenant.

Stuttgart: UNMÜSSIG leases 4,000 m² in the DOC

UNMÜSSIG has signed four leases totalling 4,000 m² at the Degerloch Office Center (DOC) in Stuttgart. One of them is with the auditing firm Grant Thornton, which will move into approximately 2,000 m² of space in DOC I in the second quarter of 2025.
