Auxilium Group leases offices in Stuttgart

The Auxilium Group is moving into the Office Center built by real estate developer UNMÜSSIG in Stuttgart-Degerloch.
Auxilium, a specialist for healthcare services and aids, will be a tenant at the Office Center on Löffelstraße 40 from the third quarter. E&G Immobilien acted as intermediary for the real estate developer UNMÜSSIG Bauträgergesellschaft Baden, headquartered in Freiburg. UNMÜSSIG completed a comprehensive revitalisation of the building at the end of last year. Companies from the fitness, hospitality, medical and health sectors are tenants in the multi-tenant office building, which covers a total area of 24,000 m².
