Computer manufacturer Lenovo is relocating its German headquarters from its current location in Stuttgart’s Engineering Park to the Degerloch Office Center (DOC) in the second quarter of 2025. Lenovo is leasing 2,500 m² of space in the office complex built by the UNMÜSSIG Group from Freiburg. In addition, the company will have access to terrace space in the green inner courtyard. Lenovo is currently based at Stuttgart Engineering Park (Step) on Meitner Straße 9, but will relocate its German headquarters to DOC I as part of the move. JLL was brought in to advise the tenant. The DOC project was developed by UNMÜSSIG and comprises 45,000 m² of rental space in total, spread over two buildings. The complex is part of the portfolio of the UniImmo Deutschland open-ended public real estate fund.
