Stuttgart: UNMÜSSIG leases 4,000 m² in the DOC

UNMÜSSIG has signed four leases totalling 4,000 m² at the Degerloch Office Center (DOC) in Stuttgart. One of them is with the auditing firm Grant Thornton, which will move into approximately 2,000 m² of space in DOC I in the second quarter of 2025. According to UNMÜSSIG, new contracts have also been concluded with the personnel service provider Dr. Heimeier and Vonovia. Auditing firm Bansbach is also adding another 900 m², increasing their space to 5,000 square metres and occupying the entire third floor. JLL advised Grant Thorton on the lease, while Ellwanger & Geiger and Colliers International assisted the lessors.
