The UNMÜSSIG Group from Freiburg has acquired an ensemble of buildings in the west of Stuttgart. Some will be revitalised, others replaced with a new build. The Silberburg-Quartier comprises two office properties and one residential building at Silberburgstraße 175–177, Reinsburgstraße 17 and Marienstraße 50, respectively. Now sold by an institutional investor, the buildings were largely leased to Allianz Versicherung until the end of 2023. According to UNMÜSSIG Managing Director Maximilian Unmüßig, the first step will be to modernise the office building on Marienstraße. The buildings along Silberburgstraße, some of which date back to the 1960s, will be demolished and the site redeveloped as offices. The development comprises 11,000 m² in total. Colliers acted as broker. UNMÜSSIG was advised by GSK Stockmann, Albrings + Müller and WWA Architekten.
