UNMÜSSIG purchases listed office building in Karlsruhe

Much of the 7,500 m² total rental space will be used by the state administration of Baden-Württemberg. UNMÜSSIG is also planning to convert the attic.
The Wilhelminian-era property is on Lammstraße 19, just a few minutes’ walk from the prime location of Kaiserstraße, and was used by Deutsche Bahn until the end of 2022. The seller is a group of private owners, and the buyer is the Unmüßig family office. GSK Stockmann, Brand Berger and MDBM Baumanagement provided advice during the acquisition. Reallocation acted as the broker.
The State of Baden-Württemberg will move into 6,500 m² of space once the modernisation of the office building is complete, including installation of solar and renewable heat energy systems. The development concept also includes refurbishing the attic to create an additional 1,150 m² of office space.
