The project
In a central inner-city location between the main railway station and the historic old town, the Bismarckturm sets a distinctive urban marker. With approximately 18,700 m² of lettable area, the 12-storey building brings together modern office space, a hotel, a fitness studio as well as retail and gastronomy uses under one roof.
