The project
Through the comprehensive revitalisation of the former Postbank building in Ludwigshafen, the Ludwigstürme project is creating 16,400 m² of attractive and modern office lettable area. With the long-term lease to the City of Ludwigshafen, the building is being repositioned as a single-tenant property. In doing so, the city is paving the way for a centralised, future-oriented and citizen-focused administrative structure. This consolidation brings together the municipal departments currently scattered across the city and enables more efficient communication between the administration and its citizens.
