The project
Located at Friedrichring 1, one of the key sites in Freiburg’s city center, stands the region’s first Motel One hotel. The ten-storey building with 252 rooms combines a prime central location with unique views of the cathedral tower and Schlossberg. Since its opening in 2017, the hotel has set new benchmarks for Freiburg’s tourism landscape and has significantly enhanced the attractiveness of the location.
