The project
At the southern end of Freiburg’s Kaiser-Joseph-Straße, Palais Dreisameck – formerly known as the “Zürichhaus” – blends listed architecture with contemporary usage concepts. The building complex offers around 10,300 m² of rental space for living, working and retail. A newly designed inner courtyard and the central location make the Palais a versatile destination in the heart of the city.
