The project
The former telegraph office, built in 1930 and offering around 8,500 m² of lettable area, is being comprehensively revitalised and transformed into a modern multi-use concept that opens up towards Münsterplatz and brings together office, retail and gastronomy. The listed heritage building receives a new architectural identity, contributing to a qualitative enhancement and revitalisation of the surrounding area.
The development will create a new central hotspot at the gateway to Mainz’s historic old town – an inviting place for lunch, after-work gatherings or a sundowner on the landscaped Münsterplatz.
