The project
On a total area of 22,650 m², the new unsr residential quarter is taking shape – a multi-generational neighbourhood with a sustainable and inclusive living and usage concept, benefitting from excellent regional and supra-regional connectivity. For energy-efficient and resource-conscious supply, a heat pump, a combined heat and power unit (CHP) and a gas peak-load boiler are deployed. Through its dedicated local heating network, 36 terraced houses and several residential blocks comprising around 200 apartments are reliably supplied with heat.
In total, the new quarter will offer 34 timeless townhouses and 214 high-quality rental and owner-occupied apartments, providing space for individual living concepts.
