The project
At the gateway to Stuttgart-Feuerbach, the Wiener Platz quarter is emerging as a vibrant mixed-use urban district. Residential uses, workplaces, retail, gastronomy and social infrastructure come together to form a coherent urban ensemble. The Black F boarding house with 120 rooms complements the district, combining a homely atmosphere with a modern blend of traditional and digital hotel services. Defined by its distinctive perimeter-block structure and a sustainable energy concept based on a local heating network, the development sets a clear architectural and urban tone. Located directly at Feuerbach S-Bahn station, the quarter is excellently connected to Stuttgart’s city centre and the wider region – establishing a new entrance point to Feuerbach.
