We engage in dialogue with local authorities and citizens to develop balanced and individual concepts that cater to all age groups and social classes – always with a keen eye on ambitious architecture and energy-efficient construction.
Our core competencies
As property developers, we create intergenerational housing projects for owner occupiers and private capital investors. Our projects range from traditional apartments and innovative micro-living concepts to entire neighbourhoods of terraced and semi-detached houses.
- Active markets: Freiburg, Konstanz, Karlsruhe, Baden-Baden, Heidelberg, Mannheim, Stuttgart and Tübingen
- Focus: Planning permission, development of brownfield sites and land designated for future development, revitalisation of older inner-city properties, marketing
- Investors: Owner-occupiers and private capital investors
- Investment volume: We currently manage an investment volume of around €400 million.
