Our core competencies
As property developers, we create intergenerational housing projects for owner occupiers and private capital investors. Our projects range from traditional apartments and innovative micro-living concepts to entire neighbourhoods of terraced and semi-detached houses.
- Active markets: Freiburg metropolitan area, Karlsruhe, Heidelberg and Stuttgart
- Focus: Planning, development and marketing of land designated for future residential use and creation of housing for private buyers
- Investors: Owner-occupiers and private capital investors
- Investment volume: We currently manage an investment volume of around €400 million.
