Our core competencies
Our Group places real estate management front and centre, undertaking ambitious, large-scale projects in the key asset classes: office, residential, retail and hospitality. We are particularly drawn to central, inner-city locations in south-western German cities with high development potential, where we implement high-quality new build projects, undertake revitalisation measures or develop sustainable neighbourhoods. Our aim here is to create lasting value and initiate real estate investments that meet the high expectations of our investors, while still maintaining a clear balance between economic, environmental and social considerations.
- Active markets: Freiburg, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Mainz, Mannheim, Wiesbaden, Düsseldorf and Berlin
- Focus: Urban development and planning permission, development and realisation of new builds, revitalisation and/or conversion of older inner-city structures
- Investors: Real estate investments for institutional investors such as pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, trusts and our own portfolio
- Investment volume: We currently manage an investment volume of around €2.0 billion.
